The evidence layer for software buying decisions

Every year, enormous sums move on vendor claims nobody verified. OmniAxis grades those claims against independent evidence and is already doing it for paying customers. We are talking to investors who understand category creation.

The thesis

Whoever holds the graded record becomes the reference

Software is bought on assertions. The layer that verifies them does not exist yet.

Analyst houses sell opinion on a slow cycle. Review sites aggregate sentiment. Neither answers the question a buying committee actually has, which is whether this specific claim is true and what backs it. That question is asked in every serious procurement and answered properly in almost none.

The position we are building toward is the graded record itself: the place both sides of the table check. A vendor uses it to defend positioning on proof. A buyer uses it to justify a selection. Both are paying for the same underlying asset, which is why the library compounds rather than resetting with each customer.

Why it holds

What makes the position hard to copy

Not the interface, and not the models, which anyone can rent. Three things that take time to accumulate and cannot be bought in a quarter.

The graded library compounds

Every customer inherits the full graded record on joining, and every grading pass deepens it for everyone. A new entrant starts from nothing and has to grade a whole market before its first customer sees value.

The method stays private

How claims are graded is not published, so it cannot be optimised against by the vendors being graded, or lifted by a competitor reading the marketing site. That decision costs us some marketing clarity and buys the thing that matters.

Both sides pay for one asset

The vendor-side and buyer-side products read from the same library. That is unusual: the cost of the core asset is carried once and monetised against two markets that rarely share a supplier.

Where we are

Operating, not conceptual

The honest version, which is more useful to you than a curated one.

What is real today

The platform runs in production with paying customers across both sides of the market, vendor-side and buyer-side, on the same graded library. The research runs on a managed schedule, and customers work in it weekly.

  • Both products live, not one shipped and one promised
  • Revenue from real subscriptions, not pilots given away
  • Built and operated by a small founder-led team

What we are not claiming

We are early. The market category is not established, coverage is deliberately narrow rather than broad, and we have not yet published measured customer outcomes because we do not have enough of them to be honest about. When we do, they will be labelled as measured.

  • No audited customer outcome figures exist yet
  • Coverage is deep in chosen segments, not exhaustive
  • Specific commercial metrics come under NDA, not on a web page

The numbers behind all of this are available to investors in conversation. They are not published, because a figure on a public page is one a competitor prices against.

Fit

Who we are looking to talk to

Comfortable with category creation

This is not a faster version of an existing tool. The value depends on buyers coming to expect graded evidence, which is a shift we are helping cause rather than one already underway.

Patient about the compounding asset

The library is the moat and it deepens with time and grading passes. Capital that needs the curve to bend in two quarters is a poor fit for the thing that makes this defensible.

Useful beyond the cheque

Introductions into vendor and enterprise buying organisations move this faster than money alone. We would rather have a smaller cheque from someone who opens those doors.

How it goes

What happens after you get in touch

A short call first, to see whether the thesis and the stage fit what you invest in. If it does, the deck and the commercial detail follow under NDA, along with a walkthrough of the working product rather than a demo environment built for the occasion.

We will tell you what is not working as readily as what is. An investor who finds out later is a worse outcome than one who declines now.

Enquiries reach the founder directly. There is no fund-raising process running that you need to hurry to join.

Request the deck

Tell us who you are and what you invest in, and we will come back to arrange a call. The enquiry form reaches the founder directly.
